  • How can I be sure your boats are safe and properly licensed?
    Safety is always a top priority.
    All our boats comply with EU regulations and maritime standards.
    You can rest assured that we carry modern safety equipment on board for all ages.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    • 15 to 4 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
    • 3 days before: 50% cancellation fee
    • 48 hours before: 75% cancellation fee
    • No refunds apply in case of seasickness
    WEATHER CONDITIONS:
    If adverse weather conditions (winds over 6 Beaufort, as forecast by the National Meteorological Service up to 48 hours before departure) prevent the cruise from operating, it will be rescheduled (subject to availability), or the cancellation fee will not apply.
  • How can I pay?
    We accept payments via room charge at the Costa Navarino Resort, credit card, or bank transfer (for prepayments only).
  • The boat says "8 people". Can we bring our baby as an extra passenger?
    Unfortunately, no. For safety reasons, every individual — including babies and children — counts towards the total passenger number.
  • Are pets allowed on board?
    Small, well-trained pets that can be comfortably held in your arms are welcome, as long as they do not pose a risk of damage to the yacht or discomfort to other guests.
    Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
  • Can I charter a boat for more than one day?
    Absolutely!
    Depending on availability, we can organise a multi-day cruise tailored just for you. Prices vary based on the number of days and any additional services you request. Please note that we do not have a chef onboard, nor the ability to prepare hot meals.

    We’ll do our best to accommodate your wishes! Let us know what you have in mind, and our skippers will adjust the route where possible, based on weather and timing.

    For more customised requests, please give us at least one week’s notice.
  • Can we eat at a waterfront restaurant?
    Absolutely!
    On selected full-day cruises, we can schedule a stop at a recommended seaside taverna or restaurant, depending on your chosen route.
    Contact us for details and make sure to notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This option is not recommended for half-day cruises.
  • Can we dine on board?
    Our boats operate as day cruisers and do not have a chef or a fully equipped kitchen.
    In this case, we suggest enjoying a meal at a waterfront restaurant or taverna, depending on your itinerary.
    This option is not recommended for half-day cruises.

On-board experience

  • Do you provide snorkelling equipment?
    Yes!
    Each boat comes with basic snorkelling gear: masks and snorkels. If you need sets for everyone in your group, just let us know.
    We don’t provide flippers — feel free to bring your own if you have them.
  • Do we need to bring our own towels?
    We provide towels for all our guests. However, if you prefer, you're welcome to bring your own.
  • We’d like some fun activities during our cruise. What can you offer?
    Our focus is on exploration and the beauty of the destinations, so we do not provide games or watersports equipment as standard. However, for an additional fee, we can provide a small number of sea scooters.
    We can also arrange a swimming or play stop in a safe area of Navarino Bay, combined with one of our routes. This is recommended only for full-day cruises and requires prior notice.

Food and drinks

  • Can I choose the food and wine in the lunchbox?
    Absolutely! We offer a menu to choose from based on your preferences. Our lunchboxes include local white and rosé wines, beers, soft drinks, and water. If you'd like something different than what we offer, let us know and we’ll provide a quote.
    Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If anyone in your group has dietary needs, allergies, or you're celebrating something special, let us know — we’d love to make your experience even more memorable!
  • Can we have hot food in the lunchbox?
    As much as we’d love to offer hot meals, the limited space on board does not allow for safe preparation or storage of hot food. However, our lunchboxes are prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients for a light and flavourful meal.
  • What drinks do you offer on board?
    We serve selected local white and rosé wines, Greek beers, soft drinks, and water.
    If you have special requests, let us know at least 48 hours before your cruise, and we’ll provide a custom quote.
  • May I bring my own food or drinks?
    Your comfort is our top priority. For the best experience, we prefer to handle the food and drink arrangements for you.
    Please let us know your preferences at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll coordinate everything and provide you with a quote.
    Note that space on board is limited and hot food cannot be stored or served safely.
